Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please use the outdoor areas.
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM, out of respect for the neighbourhood.
Up to 14 guests overnight. Please do not exceed this.

House Guide
Mobile signal can vary with weather, carrier and your spot in the home.
Ceiling fans throughout. Bedroom remotes are in each room; the communal remote sits in the top kitchen drawer beneath the microwave.
Open 9 AM – 5 PM. Use is at your own risk; children must be supervised at all times.
Wi-Fi
The router lives in the scullery, just off the kitchen. For best signal, connect from the living room, dining area, bedrooms or pool deck.
Quick fix: unplug the router, wait 30 seconds, plug back in and allow a few minutes to reboot.
